Tell us about your club

We use these details to reply to you. We send MemberCrew news only if you tick the box. See the privacy policy.

What helps to have handy

Nothing is required, but three things make the conversation more useful.

  • Roughly how many current members the club has, so we can talk about the right price band.
  • How renewals work now: when the club year starts, what membership types you offer, and how members pay.
  • Where the records are kept today, whether that is a spreadsheet, an old database or paper, so we can explain how moving them across would work.

If your club is on the Conditional Registration Scheme, bring your registrar, so they can see the log book and yearly report features for themselves.

Common questions

What happens in a demo?

We talk about how your club runs today, then show you MemberCrew with sample data: renewals, invoices, vehicles and log books, events and the Scheme reports. You can ask anything, and there is no obligation.

Who from the committee should come?

Whoever does the club’s paperwork: usually the secretary, the registrar and the treasurer, and the president if they can. Bring as many people as you like.

Does a demo cost anything?

No. A demo is free and there is nothing to sign.

Do we need to prepare anything?

No, but it helps to know roughly how many current members you have, how renewals work now, and where your records are kept today, whether that is a spreadsheet, a database or paper.

Can we see our own club’s data?

Not in the first demo, which uses sample data. Your own records come across during setup, when we move your data and show your committee around before you go live.

What happens after the demo?

If MemberCrew suits your club, we quote the setup fee, move your data across, show your committee around, and then you go live. If it does not suit, that is fine too.
